Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-teacher conferences will take place during Parents Weekend on Friday, October 19, 2012, from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and on Saturday, October 20, from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm.
Look for an email on or about September 20 with specific details regarding registration and scheduling of all parent-teacher conferences on our on-line system. On-line registration will be open from September 22 to October 7. For more information, contact Patricia Dick at

Parents who need to make a change to their schedule after they have registered should contact the Parents Weekend coordinators via email at
parentsweekend@stevensonschool.org or by phone at 831-625-8251. The coordinators are monitoring student schedule changes and will adjust parent-teacher conference schedules as needed. All parents will pick up their final schedules at check-in.
Parents, plan on arriving 20 minutes before your first parent-teacher conference to allow time for parking and checking in. At check-in you will receive a printed copy of your final conference schedule, a copy of your child's grades and comments, and name tags.
Check-in locations:
- Grades 9-12:
Check in on the Pebble Beach Campus in the Rosen Family Student Center. The check-in table will be near the fireplace across from the Tech Center. - Grades 6-8:
Check in at the Carmel Campus office.
- Grades PK-5:
Check in at your child's classroom on the Carmel Campus.
Weekend Pass Information for Resident Students
If your child is spending the night away from school for all or part of Parents Weekend, a weekend pass is required. Your child must request the pass by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15. You must approve the pass online, following the directions that the Director of Residence will send in an email, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16. It is necessary to do this even if you plan to pick up your child in person.
Students must return to campus no later than 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 23.
