Contact the Stevenson Advancement Office at 831-625-8347, or email jclark@stevensonschool.org to notify our office of your gift. Advanced notice of stock gifts, especially wire transfers, is helpful in assuring that the gift is properly received and credited.
Transfer of ownership is usually handled electronically between your broker and Stevenson’s broker, Charles Schwab. Your broker will need the following information to complete the transfer:

Once you have instructed your broker to transfer your gift, please contact Mary Skipwith, Stevenson’s Advancement Services Manager at 831-625-8311 or
mskipwith@stevensonschool.org, and let her know the name of the stock you are donating and the number of shares. This step will assure you that you will receive full credit for your gift.
Your own broker should be able to give you a value for tax purposes.
