Enrollment and Reenrollment

Welcome to Stevenson's online enrollment page. 

Required Enrollment Forms

The Enrollment and Reenrollment process is completed online through our Enrollment and Forms Portal (see link on right) by completing the following required forms:

  • Registration Confirmation
  • Enrollment Agreement (new students only)
  • Student Vital Information Form
  • Primary Parent Vital Information Form
  • Co-Parent Vital Information Form (where necessary)
  • Grandparent Vital Information Form

Instructions for accessing the Enrollment and Forms Portal will be emailed to families on the dates listed below or you can follow the "Step-by-Step Instructions" link at the right. Forms will be available through the Enrollment and Forms Portal beginning on the following dates:

  • Current Families Who Have Not Applied for Financial Aid:          
    January 31, 2013
  • Current Families Who Have Applied for Financial Aid:
    March 9, 2013
  • Newly Admitted Families:
    March 9, 2013

Enrollment Due Dates

Completed enrollment forms must be submitted by the dates listed below. Please contact the Admission Office at info@stevensonschool.org or 831-625-8309 if you have questions about your enrollment forms.

  • Returning Students Who Have Not Applied for Financial Aid:
    February 15, 2013
  • New Students (Grades PK-8):
    March 25, 2013 (for students who received admission decisions on March 9, 2013)
  • New Students (Grades 9-12):
    April 10, 2013 (for students who received admission decisions on March 9, 2013)
  • Financial Aid Recipients (New and Returning Students):
    Please review your enrollment forms for your due date
