Visiting Stevenson

You’ve scoured our website, and maybe even received our brochure. Now, it's time to schedule a visit.

You may ask yourself why it is important. You can’t judge a book by its cover, right? So we invite you to see Stevenson for yourself to decide if Stevenson is the place for you.

During your visit you'll attend class with one of our Stevenson Class Hosts, tour our inviting campus with one of our Green Key Tour Guides and spend time talking with a member of our admission office staff, so that we can learn about you and you can ask questions about Stevenson’s programs and curriculum.  While you're off at class your family will also have a chance to talk with a member of our admission office staff.

We schedule visits for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8:45 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. while school is in session, so try to have several dates in mind before you call.  If possible, we encourage you to visit on a Monday or Friday morning, as these visits also include the opportunity to attend our all school assembly.  To make an appointment, please call the Admission Office at 831-625-8309 or email info@stevensonschool.orgWe will make every attempt to arrange for you to meet with any faculty members who teach classes or run programs which might be of particular interest to you.

Can't visit during the week?   Our annual Saturday Open House is also a great opportunity to visit campus and experience Stevenson.

Candidates from China requesting interviews are required to contact our affiliate in China - Vericant - which will conduct preliminary interviews.  Candidates will also submit a writing sample during their visit with Vericant.  Vericant does not evaluate candidates but, instead, posts the interviews online for Stevenson's Admission Office to review.  Candidates will then be selected by the school for formal interviews.  To learn more about Vericant, please visit the Vericant website.

Stevenson does have an affiliation with Vericant which conducts a pre-interview screening process for the school in China, but Vericant does not represent candidates and does not claim to offer an advantage to the candidate during the application process.

Overseas candidates are cautioned that Stevenson employs no organization to represent its interests outside the continental United States. While Stevenson School has a warm relationship with a number of reputable consulting agencies who will refer candidates to the School, no agency can guarantee that their candidate will be admitted to our school.  No agency has permission to use Stevenson's images or information for the purpose of marking that agency without Stevenson's permission.

Unable to travel to campus?  Off Campus interviews may be arranged if a member of our Admission Office is traveling to your area. Please visit the Where We'll Be section of our website for the latest information on our travels.
