Weekends at Stevenson are an opportunity for students to try new things, explore the area, or just relax on campus. We are down the road from downtown Monterey and Carmel, 3 hours from the cultural resources of San Francisco, and only 25 miles from the outdoor opportunities of Los Padres National Forest.
Weekend activities are planned by Student Government, by Stevenson’s Activity Director, by classes, by Dorm Heads (for resident students), and often by groups of friends. Stevenson also provides a shuttle into Monterey, Carmel, and Pacific Grove, so students can enjoy the going to the movies, shopping, stopping at a coffee shop, or participating in local events.
