Now that I am a Senior, It always feels like I am talking about college. Everywhere I turn, I hear people talking about their GPAs and test scores and freaking out to whether they got into their dream school or not. While I do agree that this is a stressful time for many, I also believe that some people are taking it too seriously and should be happy about what is going on right now. This is our last year in high school, why talk about the future when we are living one of the most important and memorable years of our lives right now? This is a mindset that I have been trying to follow recently, because what is the point about stressing out. If it hasn't happened, why put in the extra stress into thinking about it. While I may not get into my dream school, I can still be happy and excited about the other option that I haven't explored yet. Everything will eventually work out, and I am confident in that. There will definitely be some bumps between now and the end of my high school career, but that is something that I am prepared for. Knowing that my time here in Pebble Beach is starting to come to an end, I am desperately trying to do everything that I didn't in the past two years. I am also trying to make memories with my friends now, instead of trying to cram everything into the end of the year.
