These two months have definitely been the best out of my three years here at Stevenson. I made it into a few colleges that are really good and have even earned a few scholarships in the process. I have made new friends in the past few weeks who I thought I would never talk to. With it being Senior year for me, I have been doing a lot more ambitious things than that of prior years. This has been wonderful for me because it has helped me build a lot more relationships with other people. I have also been making a lot of new memories on the weekends by just doing stuff like hanging out on the beach and eating at a lot of Mexican places. I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle after finding a few health issues that I have. But now that I am aware of these issues, I can take the right precautions to make them better and be healthier in the long run. Like I said in my previous blogs, going to the gym has really helped me in a lot of ways. I feel stronger, and I also feel accomplished once I am done working out. This is just a way for me to feel better about myself, which makes my overall vibe more positive. The Sophmore expedition is also coming up very quickly. So I have been working very hard with McCormick, and the outdoor staff makes the trip go as smoothly as possible. We have our second and final training trip this weekend, so I am excited to see what that brings to the table. I am particularly psyched about this trip because I have got all of my new gear, my new crew, and my overall fitness level is at an all-time high right now. As of right now, I am just trying to enjoy every day that I have left here because this is such a great place to be in.
