Lower and Middle Divisions
Thank you for your interest in learning about the Lower and Middle Divisions at Stevenson. We are excited to get to know your family this school year and offer assistance throughout the admission process. At Stevenson, we are more than a school: we are a community. It is our fundamental understanding that each child arrives to our community as an entirely unique individual, and it is both our responsibility and opportunity to learn how that individual processes, grows, struggles, and thrives.
Applicants to Stevenson are encouraged to complete the Stevenson Online Application. Completing your Stevenson application online is straightforward and efficient. Our Priority Deadline is February 1.
As families begin the application process, students will be invited to campus for an individual visit to our classes. During this time, Stevenson will also administer an admission assessment. Learn more.
Admission Decisions are released on March 10.
Join Stevenson by April 10.
Following April 10, additional applications will be considered on a space-available basis.

We recommend that you start your application in the fall to best position yourself to meet the February 1 deadline. Campus tours available beginning in October and the online application portal will open November 15.
After February 1 we transition to rolling admission. Applicants are considered if a space is still available in a class or will be considered for the waitlist.
Parent tours and Preview Days are an opportunity for prospective parents to connect with a member of the admission team and observe our faculty and students in action. Parent tours typically last for about one hour.
Prospective students are welcomed to campus as a piece of their application process. We provide students the opportunity to visit campus and spend time in class with their prospective peers. During their shadow visit, your student can also expect to take a short admission assessment.
