Cooper Kehoe ‘07 is the Assistant Athletics Director, Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach, Head JV Football Coach, and Head Freshmen Boys Basketball Coach at Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, CA. He joined his alma mater in 2011 after graduating from Colorado State University, teaching in the Math Department for a number of years, working as a resident faculty member, before assuming his current position in athletics administration. Cooper assists Justin Clymo in overseeing one of the largest scholastic sports programs in California. He has played a vital role in the overall success of the Pirate sports program through both his coaching and administrative duties. His primary responsibilities as assistant AD are managing middle school sports, athletic eligibility, rosters, and facilities. An outstanding high school football, basketball and lacrosse player from Chico, California, Cooper came to Stevenson to finish out his high school experience during his junior and senior years. Cooper garnered lacrosse All American Academic honors in 2006 during his junior year and followed this in his senior year with All County football and lacrosse All American honors. Cooper played four years of lacrosse at CSU where he earned All RMLC honors three times, 1st Team All-American Attack two times, was player of the year in 2010, and is now in the CSU Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Recent honors include being named the US Lacrosse Assistant Coach of the Year 2012-13 and in 2020 he was named the Don Dormer Award winner.
