The culminating project in the 9th grade science course (PSI) is traditionally a live event in Rosen Family Student Center but will forge on this spring in the virtual realm. Learn about Exercise Physiology, Animal Behavior, Sports Physics, Engineering, Astronomy, Forensics, and many other topics on Thursday, May 28, 2020.
Stevenson 9th graders will present 32 self-directed team research projects from across the country and around the world. These capstone presentations, where students focus on asking scientific questions and using reliable resources including expert interviews, are the end of a project where students examine a question of personal interest.
Student posters and presentations will be accessible at https://sites.google.com/stevensonschool.org/rls-psi-capstone-presentations beginning at 3:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday. Teachers will be available for questions in the "lobby" beginning at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
Student teams will be available in Zoom rooms (available from the aforementioned site) to answer your questions about their work beginning at 6:00 p.m. PDT. The event will end around 7:00 p.m. PDT.
