RLS Welcomes New Dean of Enrollment Management Amy Graham

The 2021–22 year brings a new face to the ranks of the School’s senior administration: Amy Graham is Stevenson’s new dean of enrollment management (PK-12). Amy brings a wealth of professional experience to her role and is eager to help strengthen and grow the Stevenson community.
Amy served as the director of enrollment management at Pomfret School (CT) from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, she led the admission office at Midland School (CA), where she served first as director of admissions and financial aid, then as the assistant head of school for enrollment management. Before Midland, Amy served in similar roles at Dunn School (CA) and the Hill School (PA). Amy earned her BS in marketing from University of Connecticut and her MA in city and regional planning from California Polytechnic State University.
“Having previously worked in California,” Amy explains, “I knew that Stevenson offers its students an incredible educational experience that extends well beyond the traditional classroom. I feel a deep connection to the School’s core values, and am inspired by the fact that its mission includes helping students ‘learn how to shape a joyful life.’”
Amy is grateful to everyone who helped her and her family settle in during their initial days at the School. “So many people shared their time and thoughts with me during the search process—and afterwards, as I worked swiftly to learn more about the School’s culture and climate. Even as that project continues, I'm thrilled to lead Stevenson’s admissions and enrollment management efforts across all three divisions.”
Amy is joined at RLS by husband Andy, who is teaching math in the middle division, and their daughter Paige ’25. The Grahams live on the Pebble Beach campus.
