Junior Camp

Stevenson Junior Camp is pleased to announce programming will be in-person for the month of July for rising K-rising grade 4 enrolled Stevenson School students. Workshops and athletics will be offered in socially distant cohorts hosted by our very own Stevenson faculty members.

In the morning, students will engage in various workshops including art, science, creative writing, dance, theatre, cooking and foreign language that build creative confidence, nurture social development and deliver the summer fun they crave—all in small cohort groups that put safety first. In the afternoon, students will have the option to participate in athletics in the same cohort as their morning workshop. Afternoon athletics is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your child to a new sport or skills. Our Stevenson coaches are passionate about the power of movement and emphasize fun, teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship, while teaching a variety of traditional and non-traditional sports games. Each day, we focus on a different activity and character trait. Faculty will build in opportunities for kids to learn from and model those traits through sports. Afternoon athletics is great for all levels of athleticism. Our goal is to build their self-esteem and for all kids to feel successful at the end of the day!

View the COVID-19 safety precautions we have put into place here. Additionally, stable cohorts of no more than 12 students will be established each week and there will only be one Stevenson faculty member in a classroom at a time.
